I love this photo, D'Arce! Don't ask me why, but this guy reminds me (just a TAD) of the Argentine version of Archie Bunker.... ? (just maybe? a little bit?) :-)
Can't wait to look at them ALL!!! And can't wait to get caught up on all your recent postings.
Oh, btw - yesterday was Viggo's birthday... he's 50. (My b'day party invitation clearly got lost in the mail. These things happen. Surely an oversight.) :-)
Great pictures D'Arcy! My daughter just married a guy man from Chili. His father is from Argentina and his mother Chili. Many of his family from both Argentina and Chili came. About a year ago his parents had me over for a meal of foods from their culture and wow, the food was unbelievable! She makes the best empanada's! His parents held a celebration the friday night before the wedding at an Argentinan resteraunt. The food was fabulous! I so enjoyed meeting these people, although the language barrier made communicating a little difficult. I love the way they greet everyone with a kiss or two. My daughter and her new husband will be making a trip there next spring. His mother plans on taking my 9 year old granddaughter there next summer for 3 weeks. What an opportunity for them!

Beautiful pictures my friend! Lori
Those are great photos D'Arcy.
HWHL--Totally Archie! I love it! He was sweeter than Archie though, and not as nasal.
smiles4u--Wow. Isn't that so cool?! I love when cultures find a way to live together.
Michelle--thanks friend
