With the ONE man who will always love me, no matter what. Nope, it's not Daniel Craig...it's my Dad. He's taking me out on a date this Friday. And, boy, do we bond over the new Bond.
Have a great time with your dad! That is really cool that your having a "date" with your dad. Enjoy the movie...this guy is really hot. This is Daniel Craig? I have heard people talking about this guy but didn't have a clue to who they were talking about. Don't EVER go to the movies...someday. Happy Weekend my friend!
Have fun bonding over Bond! That reminds me -- there was some movie I was supposed to see with my dad -- but what WAS it? I hope he's less senile than I....
Hope you have a blast d'Arcy! I have this hung over my desk: http://www.emmabridgewater.co.uk/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=DANC914&cid=PATHEA&language=en-GB
This made me laugh out loud! MY dad called and said "Toot" (his nickname for me) "Toot, let's go see a movie!" I briefly considered going to see the new 007 with him but this is NO WAY I can sit through sex scenes with my Daddy. I'm STILL a Daddy's Girl!
I think it will have to be a "light romantic comedy".
But have fun with your Daddy - I hope he's feeling 100% better!
Wow,ok, for some reason I didn't even think about the sex scenes that there could be (I haven't heard, are they really racey?) I was just thinking action and explosions...that sounds like a good dad/daughter movie.
We saw the first one together and I don't remember feeling too awkward, hopefully this will be the same.
I meant that he looks like your lover. Not brother.
And how many times have you heard someone say to a husband and wife that they look like brother and sister? Happens all the time. Don't lose the dream, girl.
By the way...NO SEX SCENES AT ALL. Seriously, there was like two kisses in the whole thing, and they weren't really that sexual. But yeah, the first Bond film where there is no big tumble in the sheets.
And while my dad loved it, I think I actually reached my action limit. It was simply TOO much action, I couldn't handle it! All those things being blown up and destroyed and wasted and all the fast editing, I'd much rather stay at home and watch Amelie or Science of Sleep. Those are my kind of movies.
And Daniel Craig only took his shirt off ONCE! Humph!
I had a date, too. Not as hot as yours, though. I took my son to see Madagascar 2. Alas, Mr. Bond will have to wait a few more days to be with Sugar...

Sounds like a great way to kick off a weekend of hot men! :) You'll have to let me know what the heck "Quantum of Solace" means.
I can't imagine seeing a Bond movie with my dad. What?! See a movie with a sex scene? No, no, no...
But have fun for me. Oh, James!

Daniel Craig *sighs* x
Thank-you for the pic and have a great date with your dad.

And yes, pops is MUCH better!!!
We have the same Friday plans, well, the movie, I won't be there trying to squeeze in on the dad fun.
Hey you and Daniel Craig almost look like brother and sister. Well, except he looks older and rougher. In a good way, though.
Have fun. I'll be catching up on laundry...and Noelle's throwing up now with a raging fever. So go out and have fun for me, too, huh?
OK, are you all secretly trying to sabotage my evening??
First the uncomforatbleness of my dad and the steamy scenes....
AND NOW.....
you made me think of Daniel Craig as my brother, for a split second. I DO NOT want to think of him as my brother! AGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
My lover yes, brother no!!!
Geez Jenn.
ah, d'arcy... THANK YOU for giving my heart a change to throb for a few seconds here...
/whew! what a view!
Sorry.

Kia ora D'Arcy,
You have a lovely weekend as well! It is so cool for you to spend one on one time with your father. That warms me deeply.
Aroha,
Robb

:) And that's the problem with movies today, all the wrong kind of action!
