She is a little cupcake, D'Arcy! Just adorable! :-)
beautiful pictures, d'arcy, and the lighting is great! i've been meaning to ask you if you ever do anything...those reflector thingys, or anything like that, to control the lighting when you shoot (you can tell how little i know about photography now, can't ya? reflector-thingys? i'm ashamed.)
jo--i don't know that much either. I have used the reflector thingys, but it's hard to a) have an extra set of hands at a photo shootb) make those extra set of hands read your mind without you feeling all bossy and demandingSo now I just play with the natural light. There are very good times of day to take photos, as I am sure you know. The one of the bride on the previous was taken with an overhead awning to rule out direct sunlight, but at that time of day when the sun is just glowing...around 5 o'clock. I think it worked. I love those bridals! This one of my niece was later in the evening as the sun was setting.
She looks like you. A lot.
Adorable! And she DOES look so much like you!
Is that Audra's girl? Wow, time flies, huh? Really, would you come visit and take pics for us? I would so love that.
She does look like me! You're right. No one has ever said that before.Should I now tell her that she is going to have a ten year AWKWARD phase to suffer through? and glasses, and crooked teeth, and freckles, and.....no?let's let her enjoy her beauty!
Jenn, that's one of Audra's girls---the other is 8 already and the other other is about 2 months
