Oh dey foof!!

I used to speak French like a native (well, close to it) and now I fear that I speak French like Joey from "Friends".  It will be quiet interesting to see how I get around Paris this week. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my quiche, baguette, and chocolat chaud without any problems!!

I've been trying to read blogs and get caught up before I leave, but to no avail!! I promise to get all caught up with your beautiful lives when I get back!

Paris, here I come!

laissez le bon temps roulez! (I'm trying to say have a good time... I'm SURE that I butchered that, but it's the thought that counts, right?) :-)

I want a FULL report when you return, ok? ;-)

I relate to Joey in soooo many ways. Did you ever catch the episode when a salesman is trying to persuade him to buy encyclopedias so that he can "get" the jokes at parties?

Well, that was me yesterday at a Thanksgiving gathering in a room full of post-doctorate intellectuals talking economics and politics.

I was totally Joey.

Anyway, hope you had a good one in France. Hope you took great pictures and have some good stories to tell. Looking forward to hearing about it.
