This is beautiful, D'Arcy. I can see how this inspires grace and tranquility for you.
One of my favorite "peace" places, in Nature, is catching the sunrise out on Tybee Island, on the GA coast. I believe that picture is on my blog, back on my very first posting, last Fall. I will have to re-post, now that I have friends in the blogosphere who I didn't know back then. :-)

Sooo pretty... I can imagine quite a few contemplative evenings with that as your view.
I have to go out and snap the tide pools that I like to walk around. I only have photos with people in them. :) Stay Tuned!
Dear D'Arcy
Thank you for sharing this with us.
What a beautiful sacred spot you have. If this is not a form of heaven my name is not Gustav.
Connecting to places like this connects us to God, the Lord of Lightness, and Eternal Beauty.
Gustav, I think you should write some poetry. (And, if you already do, I think you should share it with us 'ground-dwellers'...)
:-)
I don't think I have a sacred space anymore. Or maybe I have many, depending on where I am when I can snatch fifteen minutes of time to myself.
Yours is lovely.
Where is this picture?
mucho amor, em
Hi Em! It's the view from my parents front yard in Fruit Heights. No matter where I go in the world, the sunsets at home are still the best.
